These photos show the before and after of a mold remediation cleanup we did in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego.

In this case the homeowners suspected they may have mold because of a strong odor. Our team went onsite for a free walk through to investigate using our moisture mapping and moisture monitoring equipment, and were able to determine they had a slight leak behind their toilet, but it had been ongoing for some time, resulting in mold growth.

The SERVPRO of San Diego City SW team walked them through our entire mold remediation process, and ended up having to remove the shower as the mold growth was quite extensive.
