Water Damage In A Condo in downtown San Diego

These photo show the before and after from water damage at a condo in downtown San Diego. The homeowner of the condominium called SERVPRO of San Diego City SW for emergency services including extracting standing water. After we removed the standing water, we went to work on making a plan for the rest of the project, which included demolition of the flooring and some drywall. We then installed our specialty drying equipment to ensure there was no moisture left behind. Over the next few days our technicians monitored the progress of the drying, and then the project was "Like it never even happened."
