This is a before and after shot of a residential fire caused by a chandelier. The majority of the home was affected sadly, but thankfully no one was injured.

 The SERVPRO of San Diego City SW fire team started by removing all of the affected contents and materials. We completed demolition by removing all drywall and insulation, as well as appliances and fixtures. We then HEPA vacuumed the floor and wall and ceiling framing. After cleaning the wood framing, we encapsulated it so that any odors would be locked in. We installed specialty equipment which deodorizes and cleans the air.
