Fixing Major Residential Storm Damage, SERVPRO of San Diego City SW

These photos show a kitchen that was only one room of a badly affected 2-story home that was damaged from a major storm.

Because storm water is classified as "Category 3", extensive demolition of this property was required. Thankfully, in this case, insurance covered the loss.

SERVPRO of San Diego City SW technicians performed demolition, installed our specialty drying equipment, and worked with the homeowners every step of the way. The homeowners of this property were closely involved, so we held daily meetings with them to review scope of work for that day, and explained in detail what our best-practice process would be.
