Water damage to a condo in downtown San Diego.

This photo was taken in a HOA/condo high-rise in San Diego during a recent water damage inspection.

The client had his own fan running (ours are industrial grade), and the blue tape marks show affected areas.  Our project managers use this to assist our crews with where demolition needs to take place.

In this case, water damage was caused by a leak in the unit above, which can be fairly common in San Diego high rises.
