"I absolutely love these guys. My house was flooded during one of San Diego's epic 3-inch rain storms (seriously...has the city heard of drainage??). I called a several companies when it happened, but SERVPRO of San Diego City SW were the only ones able to immediately send out a crew to assess the damage, suck out the water, set up machines, etc. etc. They worked closely with my insurance to get everything sorted - and everyone knows what a pain insurance companies can be. They were the MOST professional company and so great to work with. They went above and beyond in all my millions of requests (and I can definitely be picky). They're super communicative and truly listened to me. I worked closely with Ben & Jordan and can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was with them. I even recommended them to a friend who is a property manager and he has used them several times since then. He also has nothing but positive things to say about every interaction he has had with them. Thank you guys so much!!"
