Meet the SERVPRO of San Diego City SW Team
When you have a water, fire or mold loss in the San Diego and surrounding area, who doesn't want to know the people entering their home to help restore it back to normal? Here is the second in our series of getting to know the people behind our 5-star company! Meet Lisa! Tell us where you are from.I grew up in Alta Loma, California. It's about an-hour-and-a-half east of Los Angeles. Though San Diego feels like home to me! I've lived in San Diego for over 5 years now and it's where some of my happiest memories have been made - getting engaged, getting married, and having my adorable and incredible 8-month old son. How did you get started in the mitigation/remediation industry in San Diego?Through my husband, Ben - when he bought the company! Ben and his business partner, Jordan, saw an incredible opportunity and took it. Originally I didn't have anything to do with the business as I worked in marketing in the private sector. After our son was born and as the company has grown so much, it just made sense for me to get involved and join the team. I haven't looked back since. What's your favorite part of your job?A few things. First and foremost, being in the emergency services industry in San Diego can be difficult. Our customers are often dealing with surprise, emergency situations where their home is destroyed. I'm really proud to be a part of a team that is truly compassionate, good people who want what is best for the people we serve. I'm so proud to honestly say we put our customers above the bottom dollar. We care about doing good work, having good communication, and follow through. I also love that we're a company who puts family first. Both owners, Ben and Jordan, know what REALLY matters in life, and we offer a very family-friendly office.What do you like to do in your spare time?Spending time with my husband and our infant son, working out, cooking, and traveling as much as we can!Meet the SERVPRO of San Diego City SW Team
